Programme Structure
The teamUp Accelerator Programme is a group learning and mentorship programme that gives your team the leadership skills they need in today's workplace.
Each six-week programme covers two of the six teamUp Leader Curriculum modules. Members can join one, two or three accelerator programmes. The modules grow the members' ability to lead, continually evolve and perform, with their development measured and analysed for opportunities to grow and improve.
We combine the best elements of mentorship with community, coaching and a comprehensive curriculum developed by specialists to accelerate success.
